Our staff determines if a class or program will be cancelled due to low enrollment approximately a week prior to the first class. Notice to Participants Participants must recognize that all classes/activities of a physical nature involve some risk, and by registering for a class or program, there is an assumption of risk to the participant. The City of Green Parks and Recreation Division is dedicated to providing safe facilities and equipment as well as qualified staff for all participants. Waivers are required to be signed to participate in all classes and programs. Cancellations In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen reasons that a single class or program is cancelled, the Parks Division will post this information on the City’s website and Facebook page the day of the activity. Photograph Policy By registering for any City of Green Parks and Recreation program, you agree to allow publication of photos taken at any program, event or facility associated with the City of Green Parks and Recreation Division unless you notify us in writing at the time of registration. Subject to change Although our staff takes great effort to ensure the information contained in this Spring/Summer Activity Guide is free of errors, sometimes errors happen or events and program times, locations, dates and prices may change. For the latest info, please visit www. cityofgreen.org. Refunds/Cancellations The City of Green Parks and Recreation Division reserves the right to cancel, postpone, combine classes, or change instructors. Refunds will be offered if a class or event is cancelled due to low enrollment. Refund requests may be made up to 72 hours prior to start of class, program or activity, and provided the request does not drop the enrollment below the required minimum. To cancel your reservation and request a refund for Senior Bus Trips, requests must be made seven days prior to the scheduled trip and may not result in a full refund. Failure to attend a registered class, program or activity will be considered a forfeiture of materials supplied and all money paid. Please allow 7 – 10 days for credit card refunds and 3-4 weeks for check/cash refunds. Stop by the Green Parks and Recreation office, 1755 Town Park Blvd., between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday – Friday. Cash, check or credit card accepted. 2.By phone. Call us at 330-896-6621 Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Credit card payment accepted or mail payment (checks only) to Parks and Recreation; P.O. Box 278, Green, OH 44232. 3.On-line. Register for any program via our secure online registration. Under Quick links on the City’s webpage, www.cityofgreen.org, select register to access our online registration process. To register, log-in or create a new account (first time). You do not need to register to search and view the various programs. Secure credit card payment is accepted online.
