Kilmartin Museum
open for the new season
from March
Kilmartin Glen is one of the world’s most signifi cant
archaeological landscapes. Sites include Stone Circles,
Standing Stones and Rock Art. There are thousands of
years of history and natural history to explore in this
beautiful landscape. Join us for one of our Guided walks
and discover what makes the ancient landscape of
Kilmartin so unique. Our walks take place each Wednesday
from Easter through to the end of September. The
maximum number of participants we can take on a walk
is twenty. We have ten places that can be pre-booked
and ten that you can sign up for on the day. Each guided
walk is free (donations are welcome) and usually takes
two and a half hours, fi nishing back at the Museum.
For over 20 years, Kilmartin Museum has been discovering,
caring for and sharing stories of artefacts from this special
